We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days delivery after dispatch

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – 15-25 business days delivery after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international destinations (excluding Asia and some remote areas).

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our quality bicycles and cycling accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Bike Lights (due to electrical components)
  • Chain Guards & Protectors (once installed)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:
