Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Bike Lights (due to electrical components)
- Chain Guards & Protectors (once installed)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (see template below)
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Back: Send the package to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless item is faulty): Bicycle Promotion Shop

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Refund times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Immediately after processing
Exchanges
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you
Note: For international returns (outside UK), please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
