The React Mips bicycle helmet is made with a double shell construction equipped with Avid Progressive EPS. To make helmets that can withstand all types of impacts, the details are essential. High density EPS ensures that high energy shocks are effectively absorbed. Low density EPS, however, offers superior performance in less severe impacts. Bollé helmets with AViD lining technology use a combination of different EPS densities and/or optimisation of the ventilation ducts to virtually reduce the density in the upper area. The result is a lighter, more ventilated helmet with progressive shock absorption that absorbs a wider range of impacts.
